Clear pricing models. Final totals depend on job details, access, distance, and time. For junk removal, texting photos is the fastest accurate quote.
🚚 Moving — Hourly Pricing (Primary)
Our standard pricing model for most moves is hourly. Truck is included unless the job specifically does not require one.
- 2 Movers + Truck: $225 / hour
- 3 Movers + Truck: $285 / hour
- 4 Movers + Truck: $345 / hour
- 5 Movers + Truck: $405 / hour
- 6 Movers + Truck: $465 / hour
⏳ Minimums (Important)
- Standard Jobs: 3-hour minimum
- Some Jobs: 5-hour minimum (you will be notified in advance)
- Minimums apply from office → job → back to office
- Delays due to access (keys, elevators, gate codes, blocked paths, etc.) remain billable
⛽ Moving — Gas, Truck & Travel Fees
Most moving jobs include a gas/truck/travel fee (~$150+). This may vary based on distance, route, crew size, truck size, fuel usage, and job length.
⚖️ Moving — Weight-Based Pricing (Reference / Alternative)
Weight-based pricing is primarily a moving model used for long-distance moves, commercial relocations, storage transfers, high-volume households, or dense shipments where time-based pricing may not be the most accurate. This is a comparison/alternative model and is not automatically applied.
- Estimated Rate (when used): $0.60 – $0.80 per pound
🗑️ Junk Removal — Load-Based Pricing (Primary)
Junk removal pricing is based on volume + weight + material type. We use these load-based ranges most often, but final pricing depends on item types, access, disposal fees, weight, and time.
- ¼ Load: $120 – $180
- ½ Load: $220 – $300
- ¾ Load: $320 – $450
- Full Load: $450 – $650+
- Pricing includes labor, truck, disposal, and standard loading.
- Some materials may increase cost (concrete, dirt, roofing, appliances, construction debris, and other dense loads).
- Stairs, long carries, tight access, sorting, demolition, and disassembly can affect final price.
⏱️ Junk Removal — Hourly Pricing (When Applicable)
Used for large cleanouts, mixed debris jobs, and jobs requiring sorting, demolition, or extended labor. Truck included unless stated otherwise.

⚖️ Junk Removal — Weight-Based Pricing (When Needed)
Weight-based pricing may be used for dense/heavy debris loads where dump fees and weight charges drive the final cost (construction debris, concrete, dirt, roofing, appliances, and other material-dense removals). This is not automatic — it may be used as an alternative/comparison model when volume-only pricing would not accurately reflect disposal cost.
